The stainless steel version of the KNODOS 58mm funnel and screen set. The espresso puck screen goes inside your portafilter basket on top of the coffee puck — it distributes water evenly and keeps your shower screen clean. The magnetic dosing funnel sits on top of the portafilter to catch grounds during dosing. Both pieces are food-grade stainless steel, built to last through years of daily espresso use on any 58mm machine.

The puck screen is a precision mesh disc that sits between the tamped coffee and the group head. When brewing starts, water hits the screen first and spreads across the entire puck surface before it reaches the coffee. This solves the most common problem in espresso extraction — uneven water distribution at the top of the puck. Without a screen, water tends to find weak spots and channel through them. With the screen, it spreads evenly. The screen also acts as a physical barrier that prevents spent coffee grounds from sticking to the shower screen after the shot.
