Stainless Steel Magnetic 58mm Dosing Funnel and Espresso Puck Screen

The KNODOS 58mm Stainless Steel Puck Screen and Magnetic Dosing Funnel is a two-piece kit for any 58mm portafilter. The puck screen distributes water evenly across the tamped coffee and keeps the shower screen clean, while the magnetic dosing funnel catches stray grounds during dosing and WDT. Both pieces are food-grade stainless steel — heavier and more durable than aluminum. Fits E61, Gaggia, Rocket, ECM, Profitec, Rancilio, La Marzocco, and Breville Dual Boiler.

58mm Espresso Puck Screen

The puck screen is a precision mesh disc that sits between the tamped coffee and the group head. Water hits the screen first and spreads across the entire puck surface before reaching the coffee. This reduces channeling and catches coffee fines that would otherwise clog the shower screen. After the shot, grounds stay in the basket instead of sticking above.

58mm Magnetic Dosing Funnel

The funnel uses built-in magnets to grip onto the rim of your 58mm portafilter. It gives you a wider target during dosing and prevents grounds from scattering across the counter. Use it while grinding into the portafilter, stirring with a WDT tool, or leveling with a distributor.

Stainless Steel Build

Both pieces are machined from food-grade stainless steel. Stainless is more durable than aluminum — it resists scratches, does not corrode, and holds up to espresso cleaning chemicals like Cafiza without degradation.

How to Use — Step by Step

1. Place the magnetic dosing funnel on top of your 58mm portafilter.

2. Dose ground coffee into the portafilter — the funnel catches stray grounds.

3. Use a WDT tool to distribute grounds evenly.

4. Remove the dosing funnel and tamp.

5. Place the puck screen flat on top of the tamped puck.

6. Lock the portafilter into your machine and extract.

7. After the shot, knock out the puck and rinse both pieces.
