1. Where We Sell
All KNODOS.com products are sold through Amazon.com. We do not process orders, payments, or shipments directly through this website. As a result, all purchases are governed by Amazon's policies, including their return and refund procedures.
2. Returns & Refunds
Since all transactions are completed through Amazon, returns and refunds are handled entirely by Amazon in accordance with their return policy. To initiate a return:
- Log in to your Amazon Orders page.
- Find the KNODOS product you wish to return and select "Return or Replace Items."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return process.
Most items sold by Amazon can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. For full details, please refer to Amazon's Return Policy.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a KNODOS product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please initiate a return through Amazon as outlined above. Amazon will facilitate a replacement or full refund. 4. Warranty
KNODOS espresso accessories are built to last. While we do not offer a separate manufacturer warranty beyond Amazon's standard return window, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues outside the Amazon return period, please reach out to us through our contact page and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
