The KNODOS 51mm Rosewood Espresso Tamper replaces the flimsy plastic tamper that ships with most 51mm machines. It has a stainless steel ripple base, a spring-calibrated auto-leveling mechanism with three interchangeable springs (20lb, 25lb, 30lb), and a dense rosewood handle that adds natural tamping weight. Rosewood is the heaviest handle option — the extra weight helps with consistent pressure on the small 51mm basket. Fits Delonghi Dedica, Casabrews, Smeg, Gevi, and other 51mm espresso machines.

Calibrated Self-Leveling Design

The spring applies a set force regardless of hand pressure. The self-leveling base corrects tilt for even compression on every shot.
