The KNODOS 54mm Espresso Distribution Tool with Maple Handle is an adjustable-depth coffee leveler sized for Breville's 54mm portafilter baskets. Place it on your grounds after WDT, spin two or three times, and the angled blades push coffee into a flat, even bed before tamping. The smaller 54mm basket is more sensitive to uneven distribution than a 58mm, making a distributor especially useful for Breville. Stainless steel body with a maple handle. Fits Barista Express, Pro, Touch, Bambino Plus, Infuser, and Duo Temp Pro.

Why Distribute Before Tamping on Breville

Breville's 54mm basket has less surface area than a 58mm. Uneven grounds cause channeling more easily on a smaller puck. A distributor creates a consistent, level starting point before every tamp — reducing the chance of water finding a weak spot during extraction.

Adjustable Depth

Thread the base up or down to set how deep the blades reach. Set it once for your dose weight and the setting stays for every subsequent shot.
