How to Use — Step by Step

1. Place the station on a flat countertop near your espresso machine.

2. Adjust the portafilter holder height to match your portafilter and tamper.

3. Dose ground coffee into your portafilter, then lock it into the holder.

4. Tamp firmly — the holder keeps the portafilter stable.

5. After the shot, knock the portafilter against the rubber bar to release the spent puck into the 2L container.

6. Empty the detachable container as needed (every few days for most home users).
