The KNODOS 58mm Walnut Espresso Distribution Tool is the most popular distributor in the KNODOS lineup — an adjustable-depth coffee leveler with a solid walnut handle and stainless steel base. Spin it on your grounds to create a perfectly level surface before tamping. Walnut matches KNODOS walnut tampers, portafilters, and tamping stations. Fits any machine with a standard 58mm portafilter — E61, Gaggia, Rocket, ECM, Profitec, Lelit, Rancilio, La Marzocco, and Breville Dual Boiler.

One Spin, Level Bed

Set the distributor on top of your grounds and spin two or three times. The angled blades push coffee from the center outward, filling in thin spots and flattening mounds. The result is a uniform surface that tamps evenly.
