The KNODOS 58.5mm Rosewood Espresso Tamper is a spring-calibrated, auto-leveling tamper with a stainless steel ripple base and a hand-turned rosewood handle. The 58.5mm base fits precision baskets from IMS, VST, and Pullman. Three interchangeable springs (20lb, 25lb, 30lb) let you set the tamping force. Rosewood is the heaviest handle option — the extra weight adds natural tamping pressure and balance. Matches KNODOS rosewood distributors, portafilters, and tamping stations.

Stock baskets measure 58mm inside. Aftermarket precision baskets from IMS, VST, and Pullman measure 58.5mm. This tamper matches the larger diameter for a tighter fit and more even compression.

Calibrated Self-Leveling Design

The spring applies a set force regardless of hand pressure. The self-leveling base corrects tilt for even compression on every shot.

Three Interchangeable Springs

30lb installed, plus 25lb and 20lb. Swap by unscrewing the handle — no tools needed.

Rosewood Handle
