A two-piece set that covers the top and bottom of your portafilter basket. The 54mm dosing funnel sits on top of the portafilter while you dose and distribute — catching stray grounds and keeping your counter clean. The espresso puck screen sits inside the basket on top of the coffee puck, creating a barrier between the grounds and the shower screen. Both pieces are magnetic and made from anodized aluminum — lightweight, durable, and built specifically for Breville 54mm machines.

54mm Dosing Funnel — Magnetic Fit

The dosing funnel is a ring that sits on top of your Breville portafilter. It extends the walls of the basket upward, giving you a wider target when grinding or pouring beans into the portafilter. Grounds that would normally spill over the edge land inside the funnel instead. The magnetic base holds the funnel in place during dosing and distribution — it stays put while you use a WDT tool or distributor, and lifts off cleanly when you are ready to tamp. Made from anodized aluminum, so it is light enough to not throw off your dose weight on the scale.

Puck Screen — Even Water Distribution

The puck screen is a thin metal mesh disc that sits between the coffee puck and the group head shower screen. It serves two purposes: it distributes water more evenly across the surface of the puck at the start of extraction, and it keeps the shower screen clean by preventing spent grounds from sticking to it. Breville Built-In Grinder Compatibility

Important: This dosing funnel does not fit into the Breville built-in grinder slot and will not activate the grinder trigger button. If you want to grind directly through the funnel into the portafilter using Breville’s built-in grinder, you need the KNODOS 54mm Dosing Funnel with Grinder Trigger — that model is specifically shaped to fit the grinder slot and press the trigger automatically.
