The KNODOS 54mm Magnetic Dosing Funnel and Puck Screen Set for Breville is a two-piece kit that covers the top and bottom of your 54mm portafilter basket. The magnetic dosing funnel catches stray grounds during dosing and WDT, while the puck screen distributes water evenly across the puck and keeps the shower screen clean. Both pieces are anodized aluminum — lightweight, durable, and food-safe. Fits Barista Express, Pro, Touch, Bambino Plus, Infuser, and Duo Temp Pro.

54mm Dosing Funnel — Magnetic Fit

The dosing funnel is a ring that sits on top of your Breville portafilter. It extends the walls of the basket upward, giving you a wider target when grinding or pouring beans into the portafilter. Grounds that would normally spill over the edge land inside the funnel instead. The magnetic base holds the funnel in place during dosing and distribution — it stays put while you use a WDT tool, then lifts off cleanly when you are ready to tamp.

Puck Screen for Even Water Distribution

The puck screen is a thin metal mesh disc that sits between the coffee puck and the group head shower screen. It distributes water more evenly across the surface of the puck at the start of extraction and keeps the shower screen clean by preventing spent grounds from sticking to it. Reusable — rinse after each shot.

Anodized Aluminum Construction

Both pieces are made from anodized aluminum. Anodizing creates a hard, corrosion-resistant surface that does not react with coffee or water. Lighter than stainless steel, which matters when weighing doses on a scale.

How to Use — Step by Step

1. Place the magnetic dosing funnel on top of your Breville 54mm portafilter.

2. Dose ground coffee into the portafilter — the funnel catches any stray grounds.

3. Use a WDT tool to distribute grounds evenly inside the basket.

4. Remove the dosing funnel and tamp.

5. Place the puck screen flat on top of the tamped puck.

6. Lock the portafilter into your Breville and extract.

7. After the shot, knock out the puck and rinse both pieces.
