A 51mm coffee distributor with a walnut handle for Delonghi, Gevi, Smeg, and other compact espresso machines. The angled blades spin across the top of the grounds and push them into an even, flat surface before tamping. Adjustable depth stainless steel base. Fits any machine with a 51mm portafilter basket.

Even Distribution on 51mm Baskets

The 51mm basket leaves little margin for error. Coffee grounds that sit unevenly in the basket create thin spots that water channels through during extraction. A distributor pushes grounds outward from center to edge, filling gaps and flattening high spots. Two seconds of spinning gives you a level bed to tamp on.

Adjustable Depth

Thread the base to match your dose. Most 51mm machines use 14–18g doses. Set the depth once and it locks in for consistent results.
