KNODOS 58mm Coffee Distributor Maple Handle — Adjustable Espresso Leveler, Stainless Steel

The KNODOS 58mm Espresso Distribution Tool with Maple Handle is an adjustable-depth coffee leveler for standard 58mm portafilter baskets. Spin the distributor on top of your grounds before tamping — the angled blades push coffee from the center outward, creating a flat, even surface across the entire basket. Stainless steel body with a hand-turned maple handle. Fits E61, Gaggia, Rocket, ECM, Profitec, Lelit, Rancilio, La Marzocco, and Breville Dual Boiler. Use after WDT and before tamping.

Leveling for Even Extraction

After dosing and WDT, the surface of the grounds is uneven. A distributor fixes this — spin it two or three times and the blades create a flat, uniform surface. The result is more even water distribution during extraction and less channeling.

Adjustable Depth

Thread the base up or down to set how deep the blades reach. Set it once for your dose and basket, and the setting stays for every subsequent shot.

58mm Base for Stock Baskets

This is the 58mm version — fits standard stock baskets that measure 58mm inside. If you use precision baskets from IMS, VST, or Pullman (58.5mm internal diameter), choose the 58.5mm version instead.

Maple Handle

Turned from solid maple — light, hard, fine-grained. Matches KNODOS maple tampers and portafilters.
