KNODOS 51.5mm Espresso Tamper for La Pavoni Post-Millennium — Walnut, Calibrated Self-Leveling

The KNODOS 51.5mm Espresso Tamper for La Pavoni Post-Millennium is a calibrated, self-leveling tamper built specifically for La Pavoni lever machines produced after 2000. The 51.5mm stainless steel ripple base provides a tighter fit than standard 51mm tampers in La Pavoni's Post-Millennium baskets. Double spring-loaded mechanism with three interchangeable springs (20lb, 25lb, 30lb) and a solid walnut handle. Fits La Pavoni Europiccola and Professional Post-Millennium models only.

51.5mm — Built for La Pavoni Post-Millennium

Post-Millennium La Pavoni machines use baskets with a slightly wider internal diameter than standard 51mm. A 51mm tamper leaves a visible gap at the edges. The 51.5mm base fills that gap for more even compression and less side channeling.

Calibrated Self-Leveling Design

The spring applies a set force regardless of hand pressure. The self-leveling base corrects tilt for even compression on every shot.

Three Interchangeable Springs

30lb installed, plus 25lb and 20lb. Swap by unscrewing the handle — no tools needed.

Walnut Handle

Solid walnut — warm brown, moisture-resistant. Matches KNODOS walnut La Pavoni accessories.

Fits La Pavoni Post-Millennium models only:

Does NOT fit Pre-Millennium La Pavoni (49mm basket) or other 51mm machines like Delonghi Dedica.
